A proposal for a new residential development in the Stratford / West Ham area known as The New East. The identity draws from the precinct’s defining feature, a vibrant, elongated green spine, and extends across all design materials, presenting the area as a fully realised lifestyle destination with gardens, schools, and co-working spaces interwoven.
